Last weekend I met a group if close girlfriends in Washington, DC,
where we toured much of the city's historical attractions in between
catching up. It was great to be in a new city and to spend tine with
women who know me and care about me.
My friend Esther played hostess for the weekend, since she and her
husband live in the Capitol Hill area. I saw the Capitol more than
I've ever seen it before - big and beautiful. The image above was
taking while we sat near a fountain looking put at the Mall.
